WeakTight.com Relaunch

17 March 2015, Edinburgh, UK (Press Release) — iGaming super affiliate 180Vita today announced the relaunch of WeakTight.com, the world’s largest online poker hand sharing site and converter.

The Scotland-based company acquired Weaktight in May 2014, and has spent several months redeveloping the site from the ground up and ensuring it sets the standard for poker hand sharing for years to come. Among the new features on the streamlined site is an HTML5 hand replayer, allowing users to review and study their play on almost any device.

Ahead of the launch, 180Vita conducted a one-month Beta phase, during which time the company took on feedback from WeakTight’s users to ensure a well-rounded product.

Players of all abilities can analyse their play for free by uploading their hand histories from more than 150 poker sites and 10 networks including iPoker, 888Poker, PartyPoker Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars. After uploading a hand, players are given a url which can be used to share replays of hands via social media.

The easy-to-use new site allows users to sign up with their Facebook or Google+ account, making for easy social sharing and interaction, while it is fully compatible with leading tracking software such as Hold’Em Manager 3.

“We think it is important for players to be able to share poker hands as widely as possible, which is why we have made social and mobile sharing such a huge priority,” said Jamie Nevin, founder of 180Vita.
“While we were fans of WeakTight before the acquisition, in many ways it only scratched the surface. Our goal is for WeakTight to bring the thrill of online poker to the masses, and keep the conversation flowing in as many places as possible.”

The revamped WeakTight.com also provides users with access to content from across 180Vita’s portfolio, including videos and poker news from sister site PokerTube.com. Players can also access the best deals from across the poker industry, through WeakTight’s link-up with 180Vita’s flagship site PokerVIP.com.

Since the site launched in 2006, WeakTight.com’s 100,000+ members have shared more than seven million hands across a variety of different media, and 180Vita’s management is confident that the redevelopment of the site will help this total grow and grow.
