Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for backend development across 180Vita projects. For example, one key area of of the job will be working on our central admin panel, referred to as CAP. This is our centralised, scalable system from which a large number of websites can be developed, operated and maintained.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Object Orientated PHP, ideally 1+ year

Experience with MVC Frameworks, Yii Framework would be beneficial

Experience with database driven systems, NoSQL knowledge beneficial (like MongoDB)

Web Development experience using HTML5, Javascript

Version control, like Git would be beneficial

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced writer to create news content for some of the biggest poker media & news brands in the World, including our flagship website - PokerTube.com.

You will be responsible for writing beautiful news articles for our brands, utilising media, style and structure to improve your written content.

You will be paid on a per-word basis, and should be available regularly to communicate via email and skype, to collaborate on breaking stories and new ideas. You should be able to contribute at least 10,000 words per month, with an upper word limit far greater should you wish to meet it.

Skills & Requirements

Some poker knowledge preferred

Perfect English grammatical and style skills

Strong communication skills

Previous experience with online publications preferred
